La Vida Fashion Store Returns and refund policy

At La Vida Fashion Store, we are committed to providing quality fashion items. Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

Returns will be accepted if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item

For hygiene reasons, sale items, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable, unless found to be defective.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrectly supplied items
  • All returned items are subject to inspection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

5. Return Procedure

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@lavidafashionstore
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is faulty
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear or incorrect washing
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Items without original tags or packaging

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or colour are allowed, subject to stock availability
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days
  • Customers are responsible for return courier costs, unless the item is faulty

6. Damaged Items on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
 

8. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

This policy is aligned with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Customers’ statutory rights remain fully protected.
